Yes. Public transportation is available nearby, making it easy to commute and explore Denver without a car. You can stay connected by RTD (Regional Transportation District) bus routes or catch the Light Rail from Union Station, located just across the Highland bridge.
Are major freeways nearby?
Yes. Interstate 25 (I‑25) is located nearby, providing convenient access to major areas throughout Denver and beyond.

What features are included in the apartments?
Apartment features vary by floor plan and may include:

No.
  • One‑bedroom and two‑bedroom apartments include an in‑unit washer and dryer

Yes. All apartments include stainless steel appliances.
Do the apartments have a balcony?
Not all apartments include a balcony. Availability depends on the specific floor plan.

Community amenities include:

Renovations are currently underway, with a yoga room and business center being added.
What are the amenity hours?
All community amenities are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Leasing
How do I apply?
You can apply online through the community website.
What is the income requirement?
Applicants must demonstrate a minimum income of two times the monthly rent.
What are your lease terms?
Lease terms range from 6 to 15 months, offering flexible options.
Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes. Renter’s insurance is required for all residents.

  • Water and sewer are billed using RUBS

Packages are securely delivered to an Amazon Hub Locker on site.

  • Second parking space: $125 per month
  • Guest parking: Street parking is available
